Filip Verbanac is Head of Premium Spirits Business Development in Coca-Cola HBC Group responsible for the markets in Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has held this position since 2020, when he was also appointed a member of the management board of Coca-Cola HBC Adria.

He began his career at Coca-Cola HBC in sales and marketing, where over the years he gained extensive experience in team leadership, market development, and the implementation of strategic initiatives. His professional journey reflects a strong focus on innovation, partnerships, and sustainable business development, particularly in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) segment.

He is initiator and leader of projects aimed at strengthening the hospitality industry, notably the Raise the Bar program, which provided education and professional training in hospitality to more than four thousand young people over the past five years. The program is a recognized example of socially responsible business and investment in the community.
